> w800i sync problem

Hello
I was trying to sync my outlook with my w800i.
I have installed the latest software and driver from the official website.
I am syncing it with my dell latitude laptop, the laptop did regonize my w800i, but when I click the sync station, nothing happen. I tried to click the sync setting too, but same thing, nothing came up. There is a window that should came up with option for me to sync, I know this because I can sync the w800i with my desktop! Weird! Any suggestion?? both computer are using windows xp
