unfortunately you're talking mission impossible at the moment, the only people that can unlock these phones i believe are the service providers, and they know that as they can charge a small fortune for it!
You can try searching on
www.nokiafree.org and see what's been said on there, last time I checked they were still looking for a way of unlocking these new BB5 Nokias.

only the networks can mate. who of course charge. the price differs from network to network. as far as i can remember its something like £115 on 3 and between £15 - £20 on the other networks.
