hi i want to paint some of my covers/ housings, basically what paint would be best, all covers are sort of plasticy, some are chrome/metalish, basically wot sort of paint is best, should i use a sponge to paint rather than a brush as brush would leave brush marks, and wot sort of finish could i use, to make it shiny ?

Give a nice even spread, and not to think to cause it to drip!
