i have got 2 paypal accounts as i have just had a hefty chargeback taken up against me from a deal which took place over 3 months ago and i no longer have tracking info for so im pissed off! i have opened another account but i cant put a credit card/bank account with it as they are being used on my other account therefore i cant top it up.
I thought i had about £13 in my paypal account when i bought it but forgot i had just paid £12 off my ebay listing fees leaving me with 70p lol
Can anybody help? id much appreciate it. thanks
