This promotion has been on for a few weeks now, but as there are hordes of die-hard SE-loyal fans on this site who might be after a cheapie 2nd phone without 'resorting' to a non-SE phone, I thought this may be of some possible interest.
It will be locked, but Tesco's do have very, very competitive PAYG rates and use O2's roaming...or just get it unlocked.
