About 2 hours ago, i uploaded a program called IconSet Win Xp on my p910i. After it installed, it prompted to restart my phone. When it restarted, the phone won't open to the main menu, instead it was stuck with the SE logo with black background. I tried restarting it, removing the battery, the sim card for god knows how many times. And it is still stuck to that same SE logo screen. I even tried to connect the phone to my pc via the cradle but my pc won't recognize my phone anymore. I also tried resetting the phone but it won't budge (or i might be doing it wrong but how can i know if all i see this the stupid SE log). Arggghhh!!!! Help anyone???

next time try to read before installation. This iconset make problems identical as those from Diamant Pack, this file CAN NOT be installed on p910, it`s well know issue. i`m sorry, but now you only option is to format internal disk. take a look: http://www.um-design.com/modu[....]?name=News&file=article&sid=25

Ok, went to the repair shop to have may phone fix. I didn't tell the guy that i installed IconSet. And his diagnosis why my phone got messed up is that the phone memory has exceeded it's capacity. Could this be the real reason and not the because I installed the IconSet? I don't know a lot about phones so I'm not quite sure if the repair guy is playing me? He told me that he had to unprotect/disable my phone from "RSA" (i'm not sure about if this was the right term) and flash my phone later.

I could not reset the phone anymore since I cannot access the screen. I tried using the jog dial to reset but it did not work.
