> Why do you turn off when my battery is full?

My mobile station is SE K508i.
When battery is about half, if there is a incomming call, he reng reng and.. shutdown automaticly..
I had sent to customer care office of SE and they had reinstalled software but it is still has that problem now.
Pls, help me!

If a software update hasn't solved the problem, chances are it's a hardware problem.
If SE had no problem with looking at the phone in the first place, I'm sure they would be more than obliging to take it back again, just be sure they are clear on the problem - it sounds like it could be easy to miss in basic service tests.

I suspect the battery, which had some problem..
