All of your mentioned types of screen are all variations of LCD screens. Plasma is a totally different thing. It really isn't suitable for mobile phones at the moment becuase of the following reasons:
-it's power consumption is far greater that that of an LCD
-it is thicker (size wize) compared
-plasma screens suffer from burn-in (that's when an image is etched into the screen), so you may have a permanent full battery life
-plasma screens can lose pixels very easily if moved around a lot while the power is still on

Hope that explains it!;)

Plasma screens are also a rather old technology. They are really nothing more than fancy flourescent tubes. The size of the pixels is also very limited - i.e. they are large - hence the reason you only see them in large screens. And, they crave electricity - ever felt how much heat comes off a plasma screen all wasted energy. Plasma screens are over rated. LCD screens will probably overtake them.
