ok my fone iz k750i and firmware is R1AA008 on 02 uk.
2day i was usin them media player n all ov a sudden it goes off n restarts the fone......i thought it was just a dodgy song...BUT i try agen n it dus it several more times
wat cud the problem be ??
i use the media playa all the time n this iz the 1st time sumit like this has happened 2 me

Try a master reset or to update the sw via SEUS, if doesnt work go to warranty

wat actually happens with a master reset ?? dus the firmware go bak 2 the original that was on the fone wen i got it ?
