> K750i vs W900 video quality
Bookmark topic
Hi does the w900 have better video quality then the k750. My cousin has the w900 and we both were taking the same video on the k750 and w900. His videos seem clearer but mine seem like they are fuzzy.

k750 is only 176*144 at 15 fps
w900 320*240 at 30 fps, there is no way you can compare them.

Actually, according to me, there is !
I used the video function a lot with my former k750, and the 15fps were VERY good (firmware R1N035). Almost no pixels, a great pick !
Now I own a W900 (arrived four days ago and I am very happy with it !). Videois are wonderful, 30fps, big screen, and great resolution 320 x 240. But, actuallyn they are horribly pixelised... way much mor than those of my k750. I know that on k750 they changed something about it in the firmware (R1N035), and they tripled the video bitrate (could you believe that?). This is what I call upgrading !
Nothing has ever happened on w900... I'm sure that with a superior bitrate, things will be delightful on w900. Great video camera, that's for sure, but still needs an upgrade to fully convince... at least me... .

is there a 3rd party app that can increase the bit rate and resolution for k750?

IMHO i think none... coz once youve encoded a video for K750 the bitrate witll stay that way.. and using another encoder to do the job will only lessen the quality as it gets compressed every re-enconding... gets?

im thinking of a java app that we'll run instead of the camera software of the phone..
and that java software the bitrate will be more. gets?
