hi, has anybody heard of the question and answer scheme with western union? when you send payment you set a question and answer and the person who you send the payment cannot recieve the payment until you tell them the question and answer (presumably after you recieve the item), is this true does anybody know and is it safe? thanks

Hi, I think this affects only certain countries, a lot of countries in Africa think, not north africa though.
