After reading a few topics regarding faulty phones espically k/d750i thought i would mention a good experience i have just had. The joystick on my 10 month old k750i has gone mad and wont do as it`s told i called 02 this morning at 9.00am and have been informed a new phone will be with me 2moro
Just thought it would be nice to see something good concerning the networks and faulty phones for once.
thanks

Thats the good thing about taking out a contract rather than pay as you go.

The contract will state along the lines of "the network must provide you with working equipment thats enables you to revieve &/or make calls"

So basically the software & all the moving parts must work as promised or they are breaking the contract so they send you a new one.

Its common now to get a replacement FOC. I once got my old K700 swapped after 11 months on a 12 month contract because the software was buggy and I wasnt recieving any texts.

Good for the consumer, but bad PR is bad for business.
