Will it change the phone completely back to a k750 including model number, or will it flash k750 firmware to it but leave the phone model part alone so that it ends up being k750 firmware but the phone model info brings up w800?

It'll probably say no update is available, just like it does for me. Mind you, my CDA is 102286/0 R2A, which I can't find on the CDA lists for both K750 or W800. Mine was updated from TMS.
I'm waiting on TMS or Davinci now to update their firmware versions.

It will still say W800 everywhere in the phone, but you will loose the Walkman player and get the Activity menu back. Just did it a few days ago.

Hey guys out there, I live in singapore, and i'm wondering if theres anyone in S'pore who does this kind of "upgrading"? Personally i wish to get a w800, but the bright colour and dotty design put me off (Matter of taste.) I have no credit card or anything, so ordering those cruiser cables and softwares r out. Or can anyone link a firmware download site so i can download and flash it myself? and can i use the cable that came with the phone? isnt both the cruiser cable and the phone cable the same?

okay so i used davinci on my k608. it debranded it and changed the phone model to k600. this made the phone unusable with 3 uk. i've used tms to reflash k608 firmware into the phone. sadly the phone model is still k600 afterwards. but it now works on video calls. all i need now is something to flash a k608 gdfs into the phone and to reset the cda to 3 uk. davinci can set the cda but has no k608 flashes or gdfs
