Complete (64mb memory stick duo with adaptor, usb data cable, charger, headset, box, manual, and applications cd) with free crystal case and screen protector on the phone. No bugs or defects and the phone has never been opened for any reason. Only noticeable scratch is on the quickshare sticker (which can be easily replaced for around 60 pesos at semicon).
