> Very low alarm sound on W800i

I have R1BC002 installed. My alarm sound is really really, I mean really low. I can barely hear it when I have the phone on the desk and there's complete silence.
I've been searching all over the menu, but with no luck. Am I missing some feature or option in the menu that I can't find?
