First of , this is for Themes but Mp3 and etc is done the same way but the files are just put into differnt folders!(look at your manuael)

Just got this new phone I didnt knew how to upload a theme and im sure you see the same question a lot so here is a guide to it.

1-Insert the cd that followed(dont install anything yet!)
2-plug your phone to the USB cable that followed now a screen should poop up and ask to look for new drivers for the new harware if not go to control panel and pick new hardware.

3- Now that the software has been installede and your Phone is plugged in go to MSSEMCMedia filestheme and just drag the theme you downloadet from here into that folder theme.

4- Unplug your Phone from the usb cable .

5-(on your mobile phone) press menu , then go to file manager-- select Themes-- now you can pick the theme you just uploadet! .
