I am trying 2 update with new update files.after detection,it turned off my phone, cradle light is off.,it said fone has latest updates do u still want to continue. note that fonehas been turned off still at this time. i chose to continue. it said downloading update files...it never power on my fone for 45 min....i dont know where it was downloading updates????..

re check the usb cable is properly, check the phone is connected properly, restart the computer, and turn the phone on and off.
