> SEUS - Any problems?
Bookmark topic
Hi all.
I am thinking of updating my K750 to the latest firmware, ie R1BC. Before I proceed, I'd like to have some feedback from you people about the SEUS failures.
A few months ago, when the R1N firmware was released, I tried several times to get my phone updated, but everytime I was p!$$ed off, with the update stopping at 50% and camera getting dysfunctional.
What's the situation now? Do such problems still exist? What are the remedies? I can reall a Loooooooooooong thread on the remedies, but none of them worked for me, and I had to get my fone flashed back to R1L at an auth SE Service.
Better being safe than sorry, I'd like to know what are the success/failure rates of SEUS before I proceed. BTW I'm from India, using K750i (current f/w: R1L). Internet conn : cable modem.

Hi-I'm from Indonesia,I updated my K750 for many times-6 times for sure- and never had any problem at all. Even I used internet cafe of 1.00 Mbps speed-though in fact only 60kbps-not my own PC. The specs must be Pentium 4,Windows XP,with 512 MB memory. It's the safest. The update went smoothly-only took 25 mins. Maybe I was just lucky to have great int.cafe in my small town. Just paid USD 0.3..
