Hi,
I am looking for a software through which i can send sms from my W800i to any other cell phone via bluetooth...

don't know of any software that can do that but there are java programs that use your bluetooth to chat eg..'chat2u', 'easy jack' et...u could get them at
www.getjar.com i downloaded both but haven't got the chance to try them anyway.

send sms via a Java programm. that's the best solution...i am using Getaboo where u can send sms and e-mails too.

Maybe there are others too...donnow...im using it more for I-messages.

It wouldn't be sending an SMS since SMS is network communication. What you're looking for is a basic BT chat utility. Both users would have to have it which somewhat limits its functionality. SMS are sent over the GSM/GPRS network, when you send one out, your phone contacts a service center (phone #) and transmits your message to the network with the recepient's address(Phone #)

fma will let you type your email on your PC and via bluetooth send it to your phone which in turn will use gsm/gprs to send it to the recepient you specify. Not what he's describing as his request; the way I understand it he wants to send messages to other nearby phones via bluetooth, such as in a meeting or something of that nature.
