HBH-20 is cool because you can bring the microphone close to youth mouth and whisper so that you aren't loud in public places

I own an HBH-30. As in my previous posts about which BT headset to buy... buy the one YOU like.
All Ericsson/SE BT headsets perform about the same... same talk/standby times...except for the upcoming HBH-60 which has shorter talk and standby times than the current BT headsets of Ericsson/SE

I cannot imagine a more pointless device than a wireless headset with a wire... The HBH-20 unit is also as big as a T-68i. Forget it!
Buy a HBH-30 and be happy.

it's been said before...not everyone is happy having a device hanging from their ear...for varying tastes they have varying models.
you must have a very small T-68i.
