Hi, I'm trying to change the theme for a partially sighted friend of mine, and we can't seem to change the recieved text message text/background colour.

I've tried the SE theme software and looked on the phone, but there doesn't seem to be any way of changing it from black text/white background.

Am I missing something?

Does anybody know of any themes that may already do this?

I'm not sure but this is probably not possible. These colour values are not part of the theme and therefore can't be changed by changing the theme.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, if so, you could try to add the values you mentioned to the xml-file manually.
My advise is to confront SE with this problem. It might help them improving future software for their phones.
