huy guyz.... im in severe problem,i upgraded my w800 to the new software R1BC002,which is actually for k750...but it has distorted my bluetooth...i cant search 4 other devices and if i can, the connection fails and range is very much reduced,, how to remove this software . i will install the prvious R1BC008..pls give ur views,,, i also tried master reset but software remains same
