Im just about to upgrade my k750 to w800 - but i cant get my PC to prompt me for the special drivers - it says switch on phone while holding down the C button...

but it doesnt do anything except just turn on....no prompts in Windows....

does the upgrade software need to be running in the background to make it prompt?

this is what i can't get working...Windows just does nothing...just bleeps and comes up with the phones mem stick contents....
