Well, here's the scenario:
Got my W800 about 6 months ago, wasn't happy with a few things, so used SEUS to upgrade, which still didn't fix my problems. Then found esato, then paid for a few credits to do my phone and also a mates phone. Lovley software and great process, easy! Still didn't fix some of the problems, but it sorted most of them. Phone worked fine.
I then found myself looking at a Firmware that SHOULD fix all my woes, the new one (can't remember what the revision is) Anyway, so again, i bought some more credits and upgraded. Finalized the install, worked like a charm... Untill i turned the phone off and back on... Booted up to a white screen, then just flashed on and off, wouldn't go any further, even though i left it trying for a while. Took battery out and left it, still no joy.
So again, used ANOTHER credit, did the same again, restored my phone book, themes, pics, and all that. Turned phone off and back on again, and now screen comes up white, goes off, comes back on and vibrates (like welcome screen was coming up) then dims a little then goes into Standby.
3 Credits i have wasted doing this, and the problem has only occured using the new Firmware Via davinci.
I have contacted someone @ Davinci quite a few days ago, and got no reply. Spent £21 and NO support, not even a few free credits to get me sorted.
Hopefully someone can help me here, or point me in the right direction.
Any help would be GREAT.
Deano

Someone? Anyone?
I'd even pay AGAIN if someone could tell me any other ways to do it?

sorry to hear that man. its sad, however take the phone to your sony ericcson service centre if ur still under warranty and get the phone flashed by them. I wouldn't ever go with davinci or non s.e people to get my phone flashed, cuz u never know what can happen. For some people they dont mind taking it to davinci etc, but for me it would be a no no.
however take it to your service centre they should be able to flash it and get it working at least.
good luck

Yes, because you always reply to people who've used your software and messed up their phones, don't you??
Me, after loads of emails, an ICQ and PM, I'm going thru' PayPal.

I think you have the "white screen of death", does removing your memory card and then switching the phone on make it start?
I had this problem with a K750i, i just took the battery out, waited a day or so and then it was working fine again.

@Rousie
Why don't you put your findings here so everybody can profit from them?
