Have tried 3 days to update my K750-whenever I click START,nothing happens. It's version 2.6.3.3..anybody managed to update successfully lately? Please help..

Everything went ok.

I guess your issue is with Flash Drivers not SEUS itself.

i had this problem too just today, when i updated my W550- ive tried 3 computers here at work (all of them running Windows 2000) and SEUS runs fine until the 'Start' page-which doesnt respond at all, but clicking on 'Exit' closes it out immediately

I used a Windows XP machine and it went through fine

Maybe you're all right. I think I have to download K750 USB update driver once again from the site..and installing all of them completely..what a tiring day. Any other opinion?

Yes, I updated my Sun's Java Run Time Environment and everything worked just fine...just updated my friend's K750i smoothly...no problems at all...thanks Esato expert....
Just a note: for users finding idle screen after clicking START (=no effect at all..no response), just wait for 5 minutes or more...the server may be busy..and it will show you the license agreement page afterwards...then for those experiencing non-responding release C button...once again just wait for some time...now SEUS directly goes to Update Your K750i page...the key is wait..wait and wait patiently. Cheers!!!!

For those who cant get past the 'start' page, i don't beleive it's the server. It does sometimes take about 20 seconds but I've not known it to take any longer. Uninstall it. Once you have uninstalled it do this:

go to Start -> My Computer -> Hard Drive -> Program Files -> Sony Ericsson. Just make sure there is no folder in there caled "Update Service". Sometimes it gets missed by the Uninstall and can cause problems.

The folder called "Update Service" is fine if it appears after you have installed the SEUS. When you are carrying out the Uninstall/delete/remove procedure then it is one of the folders that needs deleting as the uninstall option misses it occasionally. This results in a conflict if you download the SEUS without deleting it and causes the "stuck at stage 6" problem.

When i double click the Update service icon nothing happens ...i have 2.2.13.7 ... has the phone to be attached to the cable when SEUS is starting up or not
