anyone experiencing problems using the nxzen 5500 plus?
everytime i connect it up, after about 4 minutes of inactivity the connection just gets lost. i can make a phone call through the nxzen when i FIRST connect it up, but after 4 minutes it doesn't seem to want to hold that connection. after i try making a call after those 4 minutes it doesn't transfer back to the headset. i even tried making a call in the phone first and then transferring calls over to the headset but it says connection not established.
i also tried calling myself numereous times and i could hear the ring in the headset and pickup but it would only connect in my phone.

problem solved. i upgraded to the latest firmware R1BC002 and it's working now. i originally had R1N035.
