hi
i bought a d750i when i was living in london on a t-mobile contract. not realising that the phone was locked, when i got back to oz, i could not use it with the sims here.
i need some help as to what i need to buy to get this phone unlocked. searching ebay there are a gazillion types of cables and also the software to unlock the phone. basically through my research i'm assuming i need a t28 service cable (??) (picture attached) is this the correct cable?
also is there software anywhere on the net that is reliable and free that i can use to unlock my phone coz i really don't want to have to spend too much as i will be converting the pound to the aussie dollar.
if anyone could help, that would be great.

I got my unlock cable direct from
davinci team whose service I also use for unlocking.
