From 'The Link', on Stelios's easymobile network,
http://www.thelink.com/martprd/product/972881

...which has some of the cheapest PAYG flat rates that you'd find.
(15p x-net anytime, 5p texts.
Tesco's network has virtually the same PAYG pricing structure on one of their 2 PAYG price plan options, and most of us know about what the O2 PAYG online SIMs offer for a tenner each month, ie. 100 mins x-net or 300 texts etc.)

Also, on the easymobile site, for a tenner you'll get £20-worth of airtime plus the SIM.

More online cheapies:

The same site is selling new easymobile PAYG Moto V3's (blue) for £79.99 wbw 20 quid airtime.
http://www.thelink.com/martprd/product/558351

Also, Nokia 6111's going for £129.97 wbw a tenner's airtime at Tesco's... much less than most other places I've seen on the net at the mo.

I presume that it'll be locked, but to be honest I'm really not sure.
Will try find out in-store at The Link tomorrow, if I have time.
