when i turned off the phone and then turned on. it keeps restarting itself over and over. please help. when theres no sim inserted it doesn't restart but when i insert the sim and start it keeps restarting the phone.

Try another sim card, if it still restarts then looks like a faulty handset.
Is it Brand new?

i tried the other sims too. but nothing works. i used this handset for 4 to 5 months and it worked fine.
