well in the uk they take all the faulty items to the neverlands I think, it could be the same for the usa, why don't you check the status on the apple site?

well that means its got there, you should hear back from then within 12 hours, 90% of the time within 6 hrs of recieving it a new one is dispatched to me

well i recieved it back today, and they told me nothing was wrong with it. BUT NOW the cable is even harder to plug in
