My last T68i on QXL went for £200, but others are going for up to £300 (assuming they get sold that is!)
A new T68i could be free (depending upon your tariff) but mine cost £99 from Orange.
Check the auctions for second hand phones, but they're almost the cost of a new handset on a new subscription.
I often find it's quicker and no more expensive to buy a new subscription (knowing that I'll never use it) to get a subsidised handset.
