> Downloading video files to W800

I've managed to download video file to my W800 but I can never play them. I only ever have the option of sending them. I've just bought a bluetooth adaptor and get the same results. Can anyone tell what I'm doing wrong or if there is any software out there that will let me covert files so that they are suitable for transfer.
