Some idiot has bid on one of my auctions it seems to neg me maliciously!

Left it a couple of hours after auction ended accusing me of stealing his money and ripping him off, he's left identical feedback for 5 others. Click the link in my sig and check my feedback and that left by 'faheem06' (or something like that).

Have requested fb removal and contacted ebay over this and this waste of carbon atoms, they'd damn well better remove it or I will be well pissed!

And what's annoyed me with the feedback appeal system is that if this idiot doesn't respond, which he probably won't the neg will stand! I've emailed them too.

I'll put their response here when (if?) I get it.

Mind you, if new members are banned not long after joining, doesn't feedback left by them become void?

I'm hoping this idiot will get banned and therefore his neg removed from my (and others) accounts. I might contact the other people affected and see if they will put in a complaint too.

No reply from Ebay yet, hoping they will get round to sorting it!

This is what I sent to Ebay:

Message: Hi, this item finished at 17.53 today, and I recieved an abusive negative feedback from the 'buyer' at 21.29 this evening stating I'd robbed him! Looking through feedback he has left (User Faheem06)he has left identical feedback for another five users again almost immediately after the auction has ended. He is obviously a timewaster and is bidding maliciously on items simply to leave negative feedback, for whatever reason.

This person obviously seems to have some sort of problem with reality, and is blatently an unfair negative, and ask that this negative be removed from my account ASAP.

Please get back to me regarding this, I do not want this idiot's lack of constructive things to do ruin my feedback and reputation!

Well, I've contacted another three people who got the same treatment as me, asking them to complain too to Ebay and giving a link to the 'contact us' link (which is quite hard to find sometimes!). Hopefully if enough people complain about this idiot he'll be banned and hopefully all our negatives rescinded.

Still no reply from Ebay though, getting a little annoyed now as the impression they give is that they don't give a sh!t!

Yes, probably some kid with nothing better to do with their time. If I've not heard anything back from Ebay by this evening I'll contact them again!

Just sent my complaint again, using the correct form this time, so will hopefully get a response this time!

Also had one of the other people who were affected by this moron reply, he's done the same so I'm hopeful Ebay will do something about this guy
