> Cant check firmware version on my new W810i

Just got my w810i few hours ago, now i found can not access to the service info menu. I press >*<<*<* ... no reaction after that. anyone having same problem?

i think its already in the menu... its there somewhere.. because it supports upgrade over-the-air, am i right?

I think so, because when i was testing with the demo phone and i m able to go service menu by pressing those key... any more opinion?

It's important for you to be able to access that secret menu, because it has those service tests to check if your phone's working properly.
Have you tried restarting the phone?

strange! i did restart the phone at the first time... but then i tried to remove battery, remove sim card and then insert it again.. its working now!
