I don't seem tobe able to upgrademy k750i ???
i've r1AA008 as firmware, and it isnot a branded phone CDA 102337/11 R3A (generic phone europe _3 CXC 125953 R1AA008 EUROPE_3 Content versi PA19 says the device is already up to date. (to R1BC0002 ) I would like to have the latest version, I've3 odd problems with the memory stick and I'm not satisfied with the camera and its delay on the sound.
needed ???? although I would prefer R1BC0002

Does anyone see a reason, orcangive a tip toupgrademy device?

Hi dreuzel , what does your phone say when you try to update to R1BC002?? . i'm pretty sure you have the USB driver either installed but corrupted for some reason or you don't have it installed at all.

also to update to R1BC002, you need the SE latest service update file which can be downloaded from SE site under software update. and then when u install both the usb and the service update make sure you take the sim out and turn the phone off then run the service update and then press and hold the C button not the Letter C on the keypad but the C for correction and while holding the C button connect the usb cable that came with the phone and it sould display updating software please wait if u see that don't interrrupt the process by doing anything just let it go and when its finish disconnect the usb cable and power on the phone and press

I have a different problem which is the earphone volume its way low and i can't turn it up and SE says nothing is wrong with the phone and the are acting stupid so i'm kind of stuck with the earphone volume and waiting for someone on this forum to tell me what to do . if you have any idea just post a reply to my subject which reads Earphone Volume .

sorry, for late answer i was away for a while

I did all that. Still it blocks on the old vesion
The software just tells me that no update is needed, no way to counterdict

i suppose te software was correclty installed, technical all seems to work, did it on tree seprated machines
