> low level formatting

hi all, i was reading/writing data on the Memory stick duo pro and all of a sudden corruption happen. I tried reformatting the stick on my P910i and all I get is only 30MB out of 256MB. Aside from that, the stick sometimes cant be written.
Anybody know any software utility that can low-level format the stick using a card reader?
ps. tried formatting via WinXP FAT but still didnt work. read somewhere that low level formatting will solve the problem
