If its zero today then i guess for it to be twice as told the temperature has to be negative (mean temp of the place) tomorrow

There's no definite answer but I think it should depend on what temperature is considered not cold. Use that as the reference and you'll get the answer, i.e.:

Normal temperature = 27 deg C
if today is 0 deg C, then
twice as cold should be 27+2(0-27) = -27 deg C

may be converting to another metric be helpful: for example if we convert 0 C to 273 K. but it would be very cold: -819 C

Not if you use the Normal temperature as the reference, i.e.:

Normal temp = 300 deg K
temp now = 273 deg K
twice as cold = 300+2(273-300) = 246 deg K

I'm guessing 273 deg Celsius / 0 Kelvin? Since 0degC=273K...

273K - 273K (twice as cold)
= 0K = -273degC (AFAIK this is the lowest that temp could
go)

and that is f*ckin freezing. stop-molecules-in-their-tracks freezing.
