When is O3 (I guess thats what it's called) suppose to be here in america.

I now have the qtek 9000 and wish to use the video conferening feature, but it requires the o3 networking.

Also,

Is it in the UK yet, and if so, is it close to broadband speed?

it's 3G and it is here, in select cities via Cingular on the GSM end, it's also known as EV-DO on Verizon and I believe Sprint, both of which are CDMA. 3G service is currently at speeds up to 384kbps, which is considered broadband. 3G on the GSM network comes in the form of UMTS and the higher speed HSDPA which is actually capable of doing 14mbps, of course we won't see that speed anytime soon. 1.5mbps should be around the corner though.
