I'm planning o buy a memory stick duo with (now) optimal capacity of 1GB. Been looking for some prices on ebay and found a lot of links like this. I dont know if they are reliable. Isn't that a bit too cheap? how to know if it is genuine SONY, and is it better to go for sandisk instead?

here is some example:

Thanks, nice thread.
But i'm still not shure if there is any difference in the quality between original and fake one. Because IMO the magority of them found on ebay are fakes. But the price is nice. On ebay I can buy 1GB for like 40$, and in stores here in Macedonia the same one is 140$, so i'll have to go for the fake one. Because of buing from ebay i think that there is no need for searching cards with higher prices because IMO they are also fakes, so better go for the cheaper ones. I look at this in this way: If that fake one got broken or something, I can buy another two and still not top the price of the original one

Have a look here:
Ebuyer 1GB memory Stick Duo Pro for £35
If anyone is after 1GB SD cards then the same place is doing them for £20 delivered.

£35 is not a bad price from EBuyer.

seem like a good deal, £25.99 for a PSP 1 gb card.

http://www.prismdirect.co.uk/memory_stick_pro_duo_1gb_(sony).html

plus its a PSP version, which i think means its a high speed one.

or the sandisk one is under £30

I remember paying almost £50 for a 128mb duo a few years back.

I've used a few people on eBay for memory cards. If you want genuine great value cards, try these guys Fastmemoryman for £34 delivered or buzzlghtyrby for £30.97 delivered. I received my cards within 3 working days of ordering.

i would avoid ebay personally, a lot of them are fake and become unusable and unfixable within time.
