Got my new W810i off T-Mobile today, at first the SIM didn't work, but they've since fixed that. However there is a red icon next to the signal, see attached artists impression. Anyone know what it means?

Cheers, EastCoastStar. Just went into call settings, divert was switched on. Had 3 Sony Ericsson phones before but never seen that before!

This icon means only a selected group of numbers can reach you. Look in the profile setup and look for selected lists, accepted calls or something like that.

I had a similar problem when i used to have my nokia 6230i, this was because somehow the outgoing call line changed from default 1 to line 2 which prevent any calls getting through to me or outgoing.
Since having my current SEw800i i have not had or seen anything like this.

Thanks!, the problem was in Divert Calls, I select Deactivate All and the red icon is gone. Now the green icon still there, I discover that this indicate the line number switching between the lines, because when I select the line 2 this show the number 2. What is the real use of two lines? The green phone icon will still there?
In the option Calls > Manage Calls > Restrict Calls I tried to use Deactivate All, but this ask for a password and I write my PIN password but this didn't work. I think I tried this 3 times, and now I can't enter the password again. If I select in each one Get Status all are deactivated. Why my password was wrong? I think I'll never restrict call, but is good to now what happened.
Thanks again
