you can edit the mp3 ID Tag with your computer by right click the file, properties, and in the summaries, you can rename the album. About greeting file, you can't delete since it's protected file from SE.

The unknow album is by default will be the category of those songs without any album. Just get use to it.

On your tracks on the pc right click properties, go advanced and put name in album tab. For example all my favourites are called 'JJs favourites' so instead of unamed album i have jjs favourites

No probs...

Right click on song on your computer and click 'properties'
Click 2nd tab 'summary'
Click 'advanced' tab

Now in this window...

put in the artists name next to artist (left click in the space after artist)
put in the album name
Put in the track title name

Now when you upload to the w810i it will all be in order!
