Maybe it has one of those ROKR song limits but I'm sure that not many people have this type of problem. Have you upgraded the firmware, though beware though, as that can downgrade the qulity of your mp3 playback. um my mistake, it was one of the songs, maybe it was corrupt, and it was stopping the playlist from being made, so i deleted the sony, took a while to find it though
