> Z520 Ribbon Cable Please Help

I'm having trouble with the display of my z520. The inner display does not work but the external display is still capable of displaying images. The repair shop i bought it to said that it may have something to do with the ribbon cable connecting the LCD.
For those in the Philippines, can you please direct me to where i can have my phone repaired and how much do you think will be the cost of repairing the cable. TIA.
