does any one know of any free or trial software that will allow yuou to convert RAM videos to 3GP so that i can put them on my phone. PLEASE HELP ASAP,

its just the audio... what about the vids?
i can recommend you Xilisoft/ImToo 3gp converters.. you can search for that via google..
