Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria are now showing repect towards Macedonia. Because if you ask them you will know who created the cyrillic alphabet. It was created by the ancient Macedonians Cyrill and Metodija in Ohrid where a statue was built to signify the cyrillic slavic influence which was also adopted by the Serbians as well. There is slight differences in language but this was tolerated by Cyrill and Metodija as they excepted different nations to be different but similar. Macedonia was not a province in Greece because for one the name Greece did not exist at that time. Secondly the Greek historians labelled us Macedonians as barbarians in that time therefore all the provinces below Macedonia were the only states who associate themselves as true Greeks. In 1913 Macedonia was divided by the superpowers and 1/2 the Macedonian population fled to other countries. They call themselves agean Macedonians. The agean Macedonians that remained and still remain today have been hellenized in that period and there last names were converted to Greek names. They are now now as Greek Macedonians. Same as Macedonian villages, towns and the capital of Macedonia Solun which they changed to Thessaloniki. And never mind the Albanian terrorists because with the modern military equipment that Ukraine has just recently supplyed to Macedonia in 2006 we can destroy all of Tetovo with one rocket. We are now bratstvo with the Russians and they now recognise our history. And you should also my friend. And given time just like the wall came down in Germany, Macedonia will unite again.
