Ok, so i am trying to change my entire phone over into an entirely new case and have managed to transfer everything over from one to the other apart from the speaker! How do i get this little bugger out? Hehe, it's driving me insane. Thanks guys,

It should just prise out with a little careful pressure with a screwdriver in the right place.
