> P900 Device Lock After Factory Reset

Hi,
I've just sold my phone to someone, the last thing I did was to perform a Factory Reset to remove all my settings & then I sent the phone off.
The guy has received the phone today but sent me a message saying that the phone comes up with a device lock & he can't get rid of it. He's tried the default code '0000' but it didn't work.
Am I right in thinking that the Factory Reset should have reset the codes?
Any suggestions please?
