If I were to send my T68i for a software upgrade (to the last Rxxxxx etc), will I lose my Pictures, Themes and ringtones?
Is there a way to backup these files from the phone?
Also, does anyone know what's the latest software version in the UK?

I dont know whats the latest software in the UK mate.But i do know that you wont lose anything.I sent my hp for upgrade from R2B to R5C recently and when i received the hp back all my contacts settings and pictures were all still there.I dont think you will loose anything unless you request to clear your memory.
