Hi!

I've just bought a w800i and i'm having some problems with installed games.

I have Townsmen 2 in .jar format. It installes fine but when i start it there's a white line at the bottom and there's no sound. Other than that the game runs fine.
I had this installed on my k750i and there everything was fine.
I have tried alot of other games too but the sound is missing on all of them. Some have the white line either at the bottom or the top of the screen.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Could be because the games are not compatible with w800i. Sometimes when i try to install games that's actually for other phones that happens to me.

I have the same issue, however its only one game puzzle bubble 2.

my w800 has always played games just fine, with sound and no lines. Although i do wish it had a bigger internal memory cos sometimes i try to open some 3d games and the phones says: it uses too much memory, and i have to delete a couple of things in order to play'em.

The lines, for my thought its because that games were made for k700,i always "bought" packs of games that contains various games from k700, so i think that lines in the bottom its because the difference about the k700 and k750 screen, so isnt a error, and the souns, maybe its because the game doesnt have sound or u are in silent mode.

the best thing would be asking the sony ericsson support
if they are not able to find a solution they will definitly replace the handset or the handset software FREE OF COST

Ok i just "bought" the game, and the lines its because the game were made for k700, and the sound i dont really know, because in the settings of the games says "sound", but doesnt come anything, and i didnt have the silent mode on, so its a game error then.
