Hi guys! I got my W810i on o2 upgrade from CPW today. There is a new T & C which says that u got to use your existing sim card on your new phone in 60 days. If not, CPW will charge you £100. This stop me selling it straight to Esato or eBay. Just wonder does O2 put the same in their T & C though!
BTW! I got a very good deal today. Free W810i sim free on o2 200 for 12 months. £30 per month but with £150 cash back. Shame I couldn't sell the phone straight away though!

@mcrosser, I am not selling my W810i at the moment. I need to keep it for 2 months then I might consider selling it!

I just wish o2 won't do the same in the future! Should get another unbranded W810i on o2 upgrade and hopefully i could sell this one once i get in from o2!

Does it mean though that you could just put your sim in the phone for a day on the day you get it, then take it out again and be able to sell the phone on again?

@Sammy_boy, I really don't know but with Ridahz's brother experience. I seems CPW r not doinf what they said! It would cost CPW thousands of £ to set up a team to do that so they might just try to scare people off! Hehe!
This mean I could sell my Voda update rather sooner than later and BNIB then!

I did an upgrade through CPW in feb and told the guy at the shop that I was going to sell the phone within 2 weeks and he said that was fine and that I was allowed to do that.
